NORTHERN TREASURES

DAYS 1-6: Perth & Ningaloo Reef

Days 1-3: Perth & Rottnest Island

Arrive in Perth and step into a city that radiates warmth and sunshine, the perfect starting point for your Australian journey. Rottnest Island deserves a full day of exploration - "Rotto" is a world apart in just a short ferry ride from the city. Turquoise bays glisten, soft white sands invite bare feet, and car-free roads allow relaxed cycling. Swim in hidden coves, snorkel over vibrant reefs, meet the island’s famously friendly quokkas, and take in sweeping coastal vistas that linger long after the sun sets.

Days 3-6: Ningaloo Reef

Arrive at Sal Salis, where the desert, sea and luxury combine, defined by peace and the rhythm of nature. Your eco-camp on Ningaloo's dunes allows complete disconnection - wake to the sound of waves lapping the shore, surrounded by untouched coastline as far as the eye can see.

The true highlight of Ningaloo is the chance to share the ocean with the reef's gentle giants, the whale sharks. Expert spotters lead you into the water, experiencing the quiet wonder of sharing the water with these amazing creatures. Between sightings, snorkel vibrant coral gardens and savour a gourmet lunch on deck, then head back to camp for sundowners over the dunes and stories shared around the campfire.

Head further beyond the beaten track to El Questro, a vast wilderness sanctuary where towering red cliffs, dramatic gorges, and soothing thermal springs shape one of Australia’s most awe-inspiring landscapes.  Every moment at El Questro feels like stepping into the true heart of the Kimberley—a place where nature and solitude are deeply intertwined. Don't miss the Bungle Bungles, one of the world’s most remarkable geological wonders, where orange and black striped domes rise from the desert like giant beehives.
